I got a X873 but its not working properly on my Pi4b 8gb. Raspbian does not detect my SSD but if I connect the x873 directly to my PC using USB A male-male, the ssd shows up. When i plug in the USB bridge to my Pi4b, all other USB ports will stop working. Need some guide please.
Hello,Please use USB cable instead of USB connector for testing. If it can work. there may be a problem with the USB connector. Please email us(with your order number). We will help you solve it.
