15:51 | Comments log Lisa talk contribs posted a new comment on X1002 (Hi,You can force it to Gen 3.0 (10 GT/sec). The Raspberry Pi 5 is not certified for Gen 3.0 speeds, and connections to PCIe devices at these speeds may be unstable. The Raspberry Pi Foundation is not responsible for PCIe 3.0 either, so we can't guarantee that every user can use PCIe3.0, because it doesn't depend on this expansion board.Hope to get your understanding.) |

22:10 Harry talk contribs posted a new comment on X1004 (Since X1004 is using [https://www.asmedia.com.tw/product/213yQcasx8gNAzS4/b7FyQBCxz2URbzg0 ASMedia ASM1182e] PCIe switch, it can't support PCIe Gen 3 speed, so even though we forced to turn on PCIe Gen 3.0 setting in Raspberry Pi 5, it is limited by ASMedia ASM1182e PCIe switch. speed is still PCIe Gen 2.0 speed.) | ||||
