Overview
- This is an aluminum alloy passive cooling case, which is specially designed for LattePanda 3 Delta by Geekworm. It is a passive heat dissipation case, so you don't need to use a fan to cool the motherboard and have to endure the noise of the fan. The case reserve all the interfaces and GPIO pins of LattePanda 3 Delta.
- Aluminum alloy has excellent thermal conductivity. We use high-quality ShinEtsu X-23-7921-5 CPU silicone grease as the filling material for the housing and CPU. This ensures that heat is quickly transferred to the aluminum alloy housing.
- Although passive heat dissipation is sufficient, the surface of the shell will be hot. So it is also possible to install a fan with a side length of 40 on the surface of the case to improve the heat dissipation capacity, but this is not required.You could use cooling fans like 4007, 4010, 4012 fan. The fan dimensions should be 40x40mm with 32±0.3mm hole, and it is recommended that you use M3 nylon plastic screws, and the length of the screw depends on the thickness of the fan you are using
- LattePanda 3 Delta is a small x86 Windows single board computer (SBC), featuring Intel 11th generation mobile quad-core quad-thread processor N5105 with up to 2.9GHz burst frequency.It can operate both Windows 10/Windows 11 and Linux OS.
