The problem with WiFi 2.5 is it due to the metal case or by X862 v2 plate itself even if it is used without a metal case?

I have a V2 product, and neither the 2.4GHZ or the 5GHZ network can connect. The 'solution' about moving or not using a wireless keyboard is not a solution for most RPI4 installations.
