I've had this case for a while, but now the momentary switch light isn't turning on. Any suggestions on how to enable it or at least troubleshoot the issue?

It uses the same momentary switch that came with the case.

I just received a v3.0 of the 735 and it works as expected: light turns on and pressing the button works. With the 2.5 none of that happens.

Even the power LED on the v2.5 doesn't turn on.

X735 V2.5 has two switch interfaces, momentary switch and Latching switch. Please check that the correct interface is connected. If it still doesn't work, please contact us : support@geekworm.com
