Overview

T208 is the upgrade version of T200, supports upto 6-cell 18650 battery, can provide enough power supply for your outdoor scientific research. We no longer use cable connections and use new and more reliable GPIO connections.

The T208 is an advanced uninterruptible power supply (UPS) expansion board specially designed for NVIDIA Jetson Nano Developer Kit. It provides Max 5.1V 8000mA Power Backup for even the most demanding Jetson Nano set ups, intelligent & safe power management, AC power loss/ power adapter failure detection, auto power-on, full poweroff from software, advanced system power path management, i2c & LED fuel-gauge systems, and with 6-cell 18650 battery holder.

Hi, this seamse just right for my project. Only I am not gona use it with a jetson. So i was wondering if this will work together with an Lattepanda v1. I see no reason not, but just wanna be safe.

Hello,

We have not done this test and do not recommend it. We cannot guarantee that it is safe to do so.

How many batteries are *required?" I see slots for 6. It isn't clear that if it is 6 groups of one, 3 groups of 2, 2 groups of 3, 1 group of 6. I only need about 30s of full-power backup, enough to flush all file caches.

Is there a way for the Jetson Nano to know if the T208 powered, do this information is transmitted on I2C or the PIN 7 (GPIO6)? Except checking if the voltage is increasing. And what is the purpose of the pin10 (IO8)?

Hi,dear,Glad to receive your message, but sorry to tell it is not available to power via a 3-pin cable. As the there are ten PINs in T208. Except NC pin is not required, all others must be used. Please refer to the PIN schematic picture below.T208-Pin schematic picture.jpg
